Home Made Bread

You will need:
250g Strong white bread flour
1 Teaspoon fast-action yeast
Salt – according to your taste
1 Tablespoon of olive/rape seed oil.
150 ml of warm water.

Preheat your oven to 220 degrees celcius.

Put the flour, yeast, salt and oil into a large bowl.

Add the warm water and mix well.

The mix should be soft, if you decided to use wholemeal flour this will absorb more of the water, so you may need to increase this.

On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth, this can take about 5-10 minutes.

Divided the dough into about 3 pieces, shape into a small loaf shape, or into rolls, place on a baking tray and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
